While the eyes of the world have been following the nuclear talks and North Korea’s possible reopening of the reactor in Yongnyon, the situation for the people living in the country has received little attention. It is the intention of this seminar to focus on the people: the human rights situation within North Korea, and the situation for North Korean refugees.
